❌ Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order is successfully placed and the payment is received, no cancellations or modifications shall be permitted.
"कर्मारम्भे द्रव्यदानं आवश्यकम्" – Once an offering is initiated, it becomes spiritually binding.
This is because all our services involve coordination with temple priests and procurement of spiritual items that are time-bound, perishable, and customized as per your order. We initiate the pooja process immediately upon receiving your request, and make advance payments to the temple authorities and priests to schedule the ritual in your name (with your details like name, gotra, sankalp etc.).
Hence, cancellations are not feasible, and no refund shall be initiated once the order is confirmed.
Refund Policy – In Case of Non-Delivery by Us
In rare cases, if we are unable to fulfill your service/order due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., temple closure, natural calamities, administrative restrictions, or internal error), we assure you of a 100% refund of the amount paid.
✅ Refunds, if applicable, will be processed:
To the original payment source
Within 10 working days from the date of the promised delivery
You will be notified via email/SMS/WhatsApp once the refund has been initiated
